|Zima-R - Zima USBL responder-beacon
Zima-R - responder-beacon of ultrashort baseline underwater tracking system Zima USBL.
The device is designed to receive telecontrol commands from the base station Zima-B - the base station for direction finding and to determine the direction to the responder-beacon (for the base station) and to the base station (for responder-beacons) and the mutual distance estimation.
The device can be either stand-alone (with an additional battery pack) or paired with the carrier vehicle. In this case, telecontrol commands, the distance to the base station and the azimuth angle to the base station can be transmitted to the carrier vehicle.
Extremely small size, low power consumption and ease of use make the Zima USBL tracking system an ideal solution for working with autonomous and remotely operated underwater vehicles as well as determining the location of divers.
