DESCRIPTION
A conformal battery pack is made from high-quality LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) batteries that provide more than 1000 charge-discharge cycles and operation at sub-zero temperatures.
Precise manufacturing to the shape of the case by potting in polyurethane compound ensures optimal use of the internal volume of the instrument case and a perfect fit against the walls and bottom of the case, which is especially important for mobile devices operating under vibration.
Depending on the customer’s requirements and the case used, packs can be manufactured with energy capacities from 12 to 120 W*h, providing a voltage of 11.6 .. 14.4 V. Depending on the case material, removable and non-removable packs can be manufactured.
The specific case model and the pack height are agreed in advance.
